SES can build all types and sizes of remediation systems, some with highly customized and sophisticated controls, or instead we can supply just the individual components.   We also can blend new and used components to lower the project costs.    All equipment is tested (up to 100 HP) in-house and the equipment is guaranteed to be in working condition when it ships!  We have the largest inventory of used equipment in the United States, and we can draw from this inventory to custom build a skid-mount, enclosed mobile trailer system or remediation building for your next project or pilot test.

The Roots blowers are mounted on top of a 200 gallon horizontal moisture knockout tank with automatic pump-out. Soil Vapor extraction (SVE) Skid System One: Bisco 60 gallon Knockout tank with Moyno progressive cavity pump, Positive displacement blower with 7.5 HP motor. 80 CFM @ 13.5" Hg. 208V 3 phase XP motor, 2" dilution valve with actuated butterfly valve. SVE Skid System Two: Same thing with a 10 HP XP motor. Both systems are run from a Master Control Panel with EOS ProControl Processor Series 2 Plus, all motor starters, system alarms, programmable data-logging and full remote control via interactive software.

Regenerative Blowers: At last count we have over 70 loose Rotron and Gast regenerative blowers of various sizes from 1 HP up to 15 HP.  Almost all of them are XP and direct drive. Inventory includes these two Rotron Model EN707 shown with 5 HP 230/460/3/60 EXP motors. Also a model EN6F72L with 5 HP 230/460/3/60 EXP) motor.   Also shown at right are two Gast 10HP Model R7-100R-50 3 phase units just acquired.

Integral NEMA 7 EXP panels for each blower with start stop buttons, vacuum, pressure and temperature guages.

Each blower has a 5 HP XP motor. 230V 1ph. Auto pump-out from knock-out tank. This system has been tested and it works perfectly. Tested and ready to ship. Can put siding around the exterior to make a remediation shed. Very nice system. Perfect operating condition. Available for immediate sale or rental.

Two SVE systems with Air Sparge Mobile Pilot Test System. Enclosed trailer 16.5' x 7.5' x 7'H. XP lights, heater, fan. 480V 3ph with 220V and 110V panels and step down transformer. Manufactured by W.E.S. Inc. Original purchase price was $53,332. Purchased in 1995 and ran intermittently until 1999. Two SVE blower systems. SVE1 is 400 SCFM @ 70" W.C. Roots 59 positive displacement blower with 20 HP XP motor. SVE2 is 200 SCFM @ 60" W.C. Roots 36 with 7.5 HP XP motor. Both systems have own knockout tanks. Air sparge system includes a Roots 32 rated at 50 SCFM blower with 5 HP XP motor. Controls are Allen Bradley SLC500 PLC.

Tigg N-8000 Radial Flow Vapor Phase Carbon Vessels Four available.   Capable of processing up to 8000 CFM of airflow. 112" diameter X 94" tall. 6300# activated carbon capacity . 18" dia. inlet duct connection on top. Flow is from central stainless screened distributor, outward through adsorbent, exhausting through stainless screened openings to atmosphere. Location: Pittsburgh, PA.

VC-10.)

SES 12,000 CFM Carbon Air Abatement Filter System   8' x 20'L x 8' tall steel filter housing insulated container building. Contains two banks with 1728# of carbon per bank. Two service doors in building. Steel ladder for roof access. 3600 watt explosion proof heater and lights. This system was designed, built and installed by installed by Schrader Environmental at a facility in Bay City, Michigan.  It was on site as a rental for only 6 months and was used to remove ammonia and phenol vapors with an acid impregnated activated carbon. This system is now in stock and ready to ship. Fan was sold recently, however.  Great system for high air volume - low concentration applications.

VC-2)	Calgon Vapor-Phase Carbon Vessels Two available. Model 72-LAPS. High Pressure 6' dia. vessels. 12' overall height. Rated for 900 to 2400 CFM. Three Global Catalytic Oxidizers: two separate Model 5 Globals are currently available. Global Technologies Model 5.0 RemediCat oxidizers. Skid-mounted with 5 HP regenerative blower. Rated for 500 SCFM. Also a Global Model 7 catalytic oxidizer which has been factory reconditioned at Global and is ready to go complete with a Lamson 20 HP integral blower

OX-25.)	Chlorinateds Catalytic Oxidizer and Scrubber Global Chlorocat Model 5 catalytic oxidizer and integrated scrubber package. 500 CFM. Built in 2000 and ran for about one year. Free-standing 20' stack. Excellent condition. More details forthcoming. Usually, these cannot be found for rent. Oxidizer in good condition. Scrubber will need work.
OX-40	Thermal/Catalytic Oxidizer Thermtech VAC25 trailer  Thermal/catalytic oxidizer with heat exchanger. Integrated system with Lamson Blower.  Transformer for conversion of incoming single phase power to three-phase.  Most of our other Thermtechs are not equipped with a heat exchanger like this one. 250 CFM unit. .Very good condition.

Venturi liquid quench constructed of Hastelloy C22. HCl scrubber constructed of 316SS, recirculation pump and piping, chemical feed system with pH/ORP controller, 460V 3 phase power.Near perfect condition. Recently tested and prepped for shipment.  Available immediately.
OX-44	2000 CFM Catalytic Oxidizer/Scubber System for Chlorinateds  Catalytic Combustion Model HD-SRCO-2000G. 20,088 cu. in. HDC ceramic monolith oxidation catalyst.  316L internals and 55% thermally-efficient heat exchanger.  820,000 BTU/hr. burner.    60HP VE Blower skid with KO Tank, and  99% HCl Scrubber were both sold..  Scrubber and blower skid sold 5/01/06. Oxidizer being brought back to Michigan 3/10/08.

OX-7.)	Falco 300 Electric Catalytic Oxidizer and a) Falco 100 CFM catox unit   Falmouth Products Falco 300 units are rated for 300 CFM. The unit has an integrated 10 HP blower package, skid mounted.. Also a Falco 100 integrated unit with blower package is now available for immediate rental or purchase. Also Note: Falco 100 catalytic oxidizer - complete rebuild in 2002 and then operated for 9 months.
OX-57	Catalytic Oxidizer:   Global Model 7 catalytic oxidizer.  Rated for 750 CFM.  Ran for one year in 1998.  Unit is integrated with a 500 ICFM @ 8" Hg. 20 HP Lamson blower.  Recently  factory refurbished at Global.  Ready to go as of 1/1/08.

OX65.)	3000 CFM Electric Catalytic Oxidizer 3000 CFM electric catalytic oxidizer. System is four years old and has very limited usage. Currently located in Iowa. Dimensions are 12' long x 7' wide x 12' tall. This unit sold for $120k. The price for a new one has gone up considerably along with the price of stainless in the last four years.
OX-68.)	Thermal Catalytic Oxidizer:  Located in Los Osos, CA   Baker Furnace   Model SX 300 with URAI 47 rotary lobe, positive displacement extraction blower. Catalytic mode for lower concentrations and for supplemental fuel conservation. 133" L x 84" W x 60" H (height of exhaust stack is 176") mounted on a skid.  The system was operated between 1997 and 2000  and has approximately 13,054 hours (16 months) of run time.  Power: 230 Volt, single phase. 300 CFM rated. Efficiency: 99% (Direct Fired), >97% (Catalytic). Burner Rating: 750,000 BTU/hr. Weight: 4,700 lbs.  Working condition, could use some paint
OX-72.)	Baker Furnace Model SX-500 Thermal Catalytic Oxidizer.  1,250,000 BTU/hr. rated.  Only ran for short period of time in 2002.  Excellent Condition.

Oil/Water Separators

OW-1	Various Oil Water Separators available.  Photo taken 1/22/08  All Oil/water separators are completely cleaned and reconditioned before we ship.  If new media is needed, we can provide it.  Either way, you save a lot of money.
OW-14	200 GPM Oil/Water Separator   AFL Industries vertical tube coalescing separator.  Model VTC-200A2.  10'6" long x 6'4" wide x 6'3.75" high.    Molded fiberglass construction.  1420 gallon operating capacity.  650 gallon oil storage compartment.  19,000 lb. operating weight.  5'0" long x 4'0"wide coalescing separation chamber packed with vertically positioned matrix of perforated oleophilic tubes, complete with sludge collection zone below tubes and sludge draw header.  6" dia. rotary pipe skimmer.  Complete with hinged top acess lid. This unit brand new will cost about $32,000.

OW-9)	PS International Oil Water Separator with nitrogen blanket.  Built in 2000.Model PSC-25000  Rated up to 3200 GPM. Was used to clean storm water down to .20 micron while permanent concrete separation system was being built. Available immediately. 10' wide x 38' long x 11' tall. 25,000 gallon capacity. Original cost was $45,000. Located in Detroit, Michigan. Make an offer of $10,000 or more . Buyer responsible for crane for removal and off-site transport.

OW13.)	Truck Wash Gravity Oil Water Separator  Built in 1994 and NEVER USED. Sensaphone for remote phone modem monitoring. Flashing beacon light. Electric variable speed controls. Stainless steel oil recovery tank and oil/water separator vessel. Designed for demanding conditions without taking up much floor space.

Air Strippers
 

AIR-1.)	Carbonaire STAT 400 air stripper.  With fan and control panel.  200 GPM rated.  Just acquired.  Very clean. With control panel intact.   Rented for 3-4 months beginning May 1, 2008.
AIR-3)	Air Strippers:  As you can see, we have a large assortment of air strippers of various sizes and materials.  There are two Northeast Shallow Tray 3641 units shown the foreground. Air strippers are thoroughly cleaned, leak-tested, gaskets replaced if necessary, and controls retrofitted, if necessary.  This picture was taken at our shop on 1/22/08.
AIR-4	More Air Strippers.  Including a Carbon Air STAT15, two Carbon Air STAT30 units, and a stainless steel NEEP Model 2341.
AIR-5	QED EZ-Tray Model 16.4.  Rated for up to 120 GPM.

AIR-2.)	Shallow Tray Air Strippers  Two different Northeast Environmental Model 1331 units. Each unit has three trays.. Polypropylene tray construction. 3 HP blowers.
AIR-7	Multi-stage diffusers  3 identical Carbtrol 4-stage diffuser air stripper units 2 HP explosion-proof blowers. 6 stage available without blower. It requires 3 HP. Also an 8-stage and a 12-stage unit are available with 7.5 HP blowers.. 4 stage will do 5-10 GPM . 6-stage will do 20 GPM. PVC construction. Very low profile (3' height ) air stripper. Particularly resistant to iron fouling problems. Easy to clean design. Also a couple of Aeromix Breeze units available.
AIR-10)	Shallow Tray Air Strippers  Model 2321P AF1-12 fan with 2 HP XP motor. 2 polyethylene trays. Also a skid-mounted 2331with 3 trays and NY blower pressure fan. 3 tray unit can be sold with controls.

Stainless steel hardware. 2900# dry weight. 8000# wet weight (approx.) 3" dia. influent 6" dia. effluent. Stripper dimensions are 54" wide x 74" long x 88" tall. (not including fan). Fan adds another 60" to the length of the footprint (134" x 54").

Product Recovery Systems

P-1.)	Auto-Skimmer Oil Recovery System  R.E. Wright Automatic bailer product recovery system. Works in 2" and 4" wells.. Runs on standard 115 VAC 15 amp power. Product is discharged into standard 55 gallon drum. I really think this is an awesome system. Just plug it in and go. Location: San Bernadino, CA $3000.
P-2.)	Belt Skimmer System  DPI Petro Skimmer with 35' long belt. Designed to fit in 4" well. Runs on 110V power.
P-4.)	Free Product Recovery Systems  3ea. Clean Environment SOS-4 4" dia. pumps that operate 3 ea. CEE skimmers. 2 ea. controllers for the SOS skimmer pumps. 5 ea. Tank Full Shut-Off (TFSO) controllers and a Tank Full level switch. 2 ea. tank inlet fittings for product hose.

16 stage Rosedale Model 8 Dual Automatic Backwashing Bag Filter Systems  2 units available - one automated and the other has been converted to manual - without controls.  Filter bag housings pre-plumbed on a common skid manifold.  6" dia. manifold.  16ea.  8x30 bag filters per skid unit.  100 PSI pressure rated.  The automated unit is fully assembled with all controls, air timers, pressure switches,  for particulate filtration applications.  Good condition. Both in stock at our Michigan warehouse.  There are also a couple two stage bag filters visible in the foreground of the picture.

OT-8.)	Grundfos Environmental Pumps: 2 unused 7.5 HP 6" diameter Model 2366119020 Grundfos environmental stainless steel pumps. Still in box. Also a 3/4 HP Model 2345229404 Grundfos pump. We have literally dozens of the small 0.5 HP Model 5E5 5 GPM Grundfos pumps.
OT-9.)	Econo Pump System Grundfos CR-16 pump with 7.5 HP motor. 84 GPM, motorized ball valve, low water pressure switch, 20" x 36" tall stainless steel tank.
OT-13	Various Heat exchangers.  Lots of units, mostly used for treating air sparge discharge.  You know how expensive these things are new.
OT-10	Airtek Aftercooler:  Model 406Q with built-in moisture separator which effectively cools the high temperature effluent air from air compressors. 185-200 CFM @ 100 PSI. Will cool from 182F to 15F above ambient.
OT-13):	Liquid-to-Air Heat Exchanger Xchanger Model LC-24 heat exchanger unit. Excellent condition.
