Clean Harbors provides portable Activated Carbon Absorbers and Fixed Carbon Treatment Systems to filter and remove contaminants from liquid streams. Our systems are designed for on-site Pump and Treat Applications, Emergency Response Spills, Industrial and Commercial applications such as dewatering. Our systems are Mobile. However, we can supply you with a permanent, hard-piped fixed location system for longer term remediation projects. We have several different types of Carbon for your specific application. We maintain an inventory of over 500,000 lb of media at any given time. The medias we offer which are carried as stock include: : Coal Based Carbon in Reactivated and Virgin Grades, along with Coal and Coconut Carbon in Virgin Grades. We also Stock Organo-Clay and specialty Medias based on the influent constituents. SES Stocks Size #2 filter Bags from 10-100 Micron for your Pre-Filter requirements. Portable Water Filtration System 15-50 GPM

Typical SES GWT-50 Carbon Treatment Trailer SystemGWT-50 Portable Trailer Mounted Filtration System system includes:

  • All equipment mounted on a 16' trailer
  • (2) 800 Lb. capacity activated carbon pressure filtration vessels to support up to 50 gpm flow rate and maintain 7.5 minutes of Empty Bed Contact Time (EBCT). See the below Chart for carbon and flow requirements
  • Vessels include: 2" camlock inlet and outlet, pressure gauge, sample port, air eliminator and Valving is Hard Piped
  • (1) 8" X 30" bag filter housings plumbed in parallel with 2" Male camlock inlet/outlets
  • 100 micron filter bags (Micron Size to be determined by Site Conditions)
  • Turbine flow meter/totalizer
  • System has 2" influent/effluent male camlock connections
  • System has 2" petroleum grade hose sets for vessel connections

SES VB-20 Vapor BinsVB-20 Vapor Bins

We also offer for Rental or Purchase High Volume Bins your application. We have six (6) of these vapor vessel systems available. Systems are complete with VFD Controlled Blowers and Controls wired for 480/3/60 VAC Power. Bin Dimensions are 21' long x 8'6" wide X 8'6" tall and can process up to 12,000 CFM per absorber. Vessels have a 3' deep carbon bed. Vapor Bins can be shipped fully loaded with carbon. Great for MGP tent air evacuation and Sewer Rework applications.
